Returns:
Due to the nature of handmade and custom products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
Refunds:
Refunds for damaged items must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) is required.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for the same item are available if the product is defective.
